YOU AND FAMILY SHIELD COVERAGE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You agree that you will not participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any consolidated action of any kind related to the Service.

Exceptions

The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

Claims for injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property

Small claims court actions, provided they remain in small claims court and are brought on an individual (non-class) basis
